Pioneer II enables everyone to have a fun filled camping activity holiday, whatever their ability; and our volunteers are the people who make this happen each year. We have a wide range of volunteers of all ages, varied professions, coming from all across the country. 

If you choose to volunteer with us you will be paired up with one of our campers, providing them with peer-peer support, helping them to carry out daily tasks, camping comfortably and to get involved in all our activities. You will have support yourself from our experienced volunteers and we always make sure you are comfortable with everything before we ask it of you.

It is vital that our volunteers experience all of the fun on offer as well, so you will always be able to get involved in all the activities and entertainment yourself. This could include swimming, sailing, bike riding, woodland activities and lots of different evening entertainment sessions and parties.
